The Hajar Mountains are home to the Wadi Wurayah. There are more than 100 animals and bird species in the 169 sq km area and there are many tourists who come to this place. There are many shaikhs who give money to help this wadi and also some businessmen. In this wadi there is a unique species called garra barreimiae. The government will make a protection plan for local people to work in this place and also there is some sponsorship from local companies. Now they are going to make plans for sustainable builds with sponsorship from HSBC bank and some businessmen.
